Austin has over a decade of experience in organics and is certified through the Texas Organic Research Center. His passion for wildlife and pursuit of further learning led him down the road to being a practitioner of soil regeneration and ecological restoration. His driving force is restoring as much soil, water, and wildlife possible for future Texans.

Michael is a full-time arborist on staff that holds ISA certifications for Certified Arborist/ Utility Specialist (TX-4856AU), and his Texas Oak Wilt Qualification (TOWQ-531).   He also holds a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License through the Texas Department of Agriculture.  He has also held a previous role as a Consulting Utility Forester in his time as a certified arborist.

Known as "The Texas Grassman", John has spent countless hours outdoors studying & observing native plants and their ecological impact. John holds degrees in both Wildlife Sciences and Native Plant Horticulture from Texas A&M. John has learned from pioneers in several fields and integrates this education to create ecologically diverse restoration plans & products.
